Keeping people safe in a building should not depend on the person responsible for it becoming a fire safety expert. Estates managers, business managers and facilities leads carry the duty, but they should be able to lean on a specialist who knows the regulations, does the work properly, and hands back the evidence. That is the gap we fill. We take on the technical detail so you can hold the compliance position with confidence.
Director-led
Both of our directors work on site, not from behind a desk. From the first survey to the final certificate, you deal with the people who are accountable for the job, which keeps the quality consistent and the communication clear. We have built the company on doing work properly, keeping disruption to a minimum, and pricing fairly and transparently. That approach has taken us into some of the UK's best-known buildings.

We are FireQual-qualified and BlueSky-certified, so our competence is independently assessed rather than self-declared. We are fully insured, and every job we complete comes with the documentation your fire risk assessor and insurer expect to see.

A national competency scheme for fire door installers, assessing hands-on installation skill against the standard rather than accepting self-declared experience.
BlueSky
A third-party certification scheme for fire door and passive fire protection contractors, with independent audits of the work carried out.
